We offer return or exchange on photo prints for those residing in European Economic Area or the United Kingdom the UK.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items with the exception of those residing in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, who can receive a refund on undamaged items. Can I exchange an item for a different size photo print?

The photo prints will be delivered using Royal Mail. The delivery time can vary depending on when the order is placed. Rachel's business hours are Tuesday to Thursday. If you order over the weekend, then your order will be dispatched on the Tuesday.
