How To Use Young Living Frankincense Essential Oil

08/25/2019

If you're new to Young Living™ Essential Oils, like I am, and are not quite sure how to use the oils, then come with me, I'm going to take you on a journey as I learn over the next coming weeks about each of the essential oils that I received in my Young Living Premium Starter kit.

I'm gong to first begin with one of my favourite essential oils, called Frankincense. I love it's earthy, balsamic aroma and the fact that its highly revered for it's ability to increase feelings of spirituality and inner strength.

I definitely could do with more inner strength right now, as I progress with this new Young Living essential oils business. I'm going to be totally honest with you, even though I have a feeling of excitement as I begin my journey learning about all of the different types of oils and sharing what I learn with you all, I also have a sense of fear as I enter a new phase within my life.

I tend to get rather nervous when doing new things. And I know I'm stepping out of my comfort zone here, creating videos to share with you all, but I made a promise to myself that I will work the business as best as I capability but I'm also going to make sure I enjoy the whole process while doing so.

How To Use Young Living Frankincense Essential Oil

How To Use:

  • Apply 1-2 drops to the face and neck to add a healthy-looking glow.
  • Diffuse to enrich prayer, yoga, or meditation.
  • Apply 2-4 drops to moisturise dry skin.

It's great to now know how to use the Frankincense oil. It really makes my skin look healthier. I know I said I used 1-2 drops of the oil to my face and neck but the truth be told, I've been applying up to 3 drops to my face and neck.

You can blend Frankincense oil with other essential oils but I'll share about those blends in the near future.
